Finca Montana is a country property set back off the road with its own driveway and camino approach. It is secluded but not remote. It has close and easy access to the AP7, Almoradi, Catral and Dolores (all within 10 mins) 25mins to Alicante airport. 20mins to closest beach.

Horse facilities – Front area consists of three paddocks as you approach the property. These are fenced with posts. one side incorporates a space to accommodate a 20x60m arena. The other paddocks are used for turn out (with water). To the rear of the property and approached by a side road there are 8 stables 3.5×3.5m all with automatic water. A secure tack room, feed room and office together with a covered seating area with a log burner. There is a 60ft fenced round pen. Eight further small fenced paddocks each with a brick shelter and automatic water. At the far end is an arena area of 20×40.
The license is currently for eight horses but the land would allow a further separate application if required.
